I went to the gym today, and did 100 leg curls with a 8kg ball between my feet to work my abs, plus 3 x 2minute planks once again to wokr the abs. Then 110 push ups, ie.3 x30, then 1 x20.

I finished off by doing 20 minutes of HIIT training, running 5.01km, at average speed of 15.3km/h, burning about 450 calories.

I didn't get to post yesterday. I did Turbo Jam Cardio Party Remix for 31 mins, 303 cals, then I took the kids to the carnival and walked for 40 mins, so I burned another 193. Haven't done anything today because I wasn't home all day, so will probably just be my rest day.

This morning I did Routine A, circuits 1, 2 and 3 from Jackie Warner's This is Why You're Fat book. 46 mins, 225 cals. It's only supposed to take 30 mins! I'm thinking I was only supposed to pick one circuit, because you're supposed to do 3 sets and I only did 1. 2 or 3 of the moves were repeat, so I'm thinking I just can't read. :ohwell: I re-read the section several times! Ugh. Wednesday I will pick one!

I think you did it right...Circuits 1, 2, 3 repeat twice. You might just have to pick up the pace a bit.

It says right in the book...choose a power circuit, after a month, choose a new circuit and increase weights.. Keeps your body from plateauing. 3 months worth of workouts. Let's call them A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3. Do A1 on Mon, B1on Wed, then C1 on Friday!
