    Tonight will be 30DS.
    I only do it on Tuesdays and Thursdays so I can mix in Zumba and Pilates without overdoing it.

    I rode my bike to work and will ride it home (about 7 miles round trip). I took a walk break this morning and another one at lunch (about 30 minutes combined or 1.7 miles). I am meeting with a run group tonight. We will run 4-6 miles.

    stationary bike for 75 mins then strength training for 20 mins

    10 Mins Rowing Moderate pace
    45 Mins Lifting, between 25 and 55 kgs dependant on machine
    15 Mins Stationary Bike Moderate effort
    10 Mins Sit ups and Planks

    The pup and I took a nice pre-dawn walk, and today after work I'm doing W8D2 of C25K. Yippee, race on Saturday! :smile:

    This morning: 2.5 mi run. This evening: 20 mins or so on the elliptical then an hour of Fighter Fitness. #DoWork! :happy:

    Today was jogging, a very leisure bike ride with my mom and cooking. I only log cooking when it's not for me - I make desserts and home-cooked vegetarian meals for money, and it's log-able, so I figured why not...

    CrossFit Warm Up then

    7 rft: 7 front squats 55# and 7 chest to bar = 15 min. It was tough for me today... I felt whimpy today.

    10 min of double unders.

  • Couch to 5K Week 1 Day 3, 15 minutes on the Eliptical; Tomorrow 60 minutes of kettlebell/crossfit 60 minutes of yoga. Took it easy today.

    Stationary bike for 10 minutes
    NuStep bike for 10 minutes
    Cardio bike for 10 minutes
    Walk for 30 minutes
  • This morning I did Zumba Flat Abs (20 mins) followed by Zumba Sculpt (with weights) for 45 mins :)
    What can I say.. I love Zumba I feel like its a total workout with both cardio and strength training
