Well I personally do 35 minutes of dancing to club music, and pop songs, stuff that gets u moving!! I love dancing so it doesn't feel like exercise for me ) It's just fun, and you can burn up to 215 calories in 30 minutes!! that 430 calories an hour!! That's a subway 6 inch sandwich you just burned off!!! after dancing i do the "boring part" --- THE CRUNCHES AND PUSH UPS -- I personally do 40 push ups and 100 crunches every other day, whenever I'm in the mood )) But just make sure you burn atleast 200 calories a day doing any exercise you chose ) jogging is fun too, well... music makes anything fun!! anyways... Oops, I forgot to post yesterday! I did both Zumba Party 20 minute intermediate games on the PS3. Today I did Jackie Warner circuit B3 (back, hamstrings, biceps, core). Friday is my last day, then I take a one week break and start NROLFW!!! :bigsmile: My new weights should be in before the end of next week!0

Oops, I forgot to post yesterday! I did both Zumba Party 20 minute intermediate games on the PS3. Today I did Jackie Warner circuit B3 (back, hamstrings, biceps, core). Friday is my last day, then I take a one week break and start NROLFW!!! :bigsmile: My new weights should be in before the end of next week!
