  • love it. I finally found some here. I am allergic to tree nuts and peanut butter, my options for spreads are limited. Sunbutter (sunflower seed butter) is blah, and cream cheese can only go on so much.
  • I am an lvt in MI, and work for a 9 doctor animal hospital, we are about 60% exotics and 40% dogs/cats. I love it. We are busy and see it all!. Glad to have found this group!
  • the wedding is 6/16/12. I hate that I cant fit into a dress that fit perfectly (seriously) like 8 months ago. I know logically that to get to my goal its 3 pounds a month, but it really feels impossible.
  • Add me! I was there, but fell off the my fitnesspal wagon and gained 15 pounds back, but im baaaack with a vengence. Im getting married in june, so I HAVE TO DO THIS!
  • Sorry, no weigh in for me yesterday. I have the flu and its my time of the month. I feel like crap and have basically eaten what wants to stay down- which is nothing low calorie....

  • so what all is in it? I am allergic to nuts and sometimes the chicken salad with fruit has nuts in it. It looks really good too.
  • thanks guys. To clear up some stuff: My epic fail was eating almost 1500 calories over my limit. As for my excercize cals, most times, I do eat them. Sometimes I am too exhausted to eat and its way past bed time when I am done with my stuff to eat. I am pretty active most days at work- its literally wresting time some days.

  • Im disgusted with myself too. I am within 3-5 pounds of my goal weight and have done nothing but eat and eat (nothing but crap too) for a week now. I havent gained, but I havent budged the scale an ounce. I walk 3 miles or more a day and do aerobics a couple times a week but its not helping now. I dont know what to do…
  • vanilla non fat activia yogurt with a tablespoon of pumpkin butter mixed in it, o black currant preserves. homemade tabbouleh and tzatziki, oh, yeah--cottage cheese as salad dressing!!
  • I agree. And I just want to add that this site has taught me so much. It has taken me nearly 7 months to lose 25 pounds, but I know I can be successfull. This site is about education and friendship and it needs to stay this way.
  • red lobster can be ok. The bisquits are in the database, I think they have 150-180 calories and 5 grams of fat. I love red lobster. As a rule, I get the wood grilled shrimp skewers (2) with herb butter on the side, rice pilaf and broccoli. Get the garden salad with balsamic on the side (no cheese or egg- some use them,…
  • ugh. This past week was bad for me too. I think I have a ton of water weight going on- I ate so many things that are LOADED with salt. Monday morning its back on track. Today is vitamins and water and veggie day to clean out all the bad stuff I ate last week!
  • I love mine. I stick a peeled cored pineapple, a banana, an orange or 2, an apple and some carrots, turn it on, and voila a whole pitcher of awsome juice. The homemade sorbet is awsome and the supe is delish too.

  • if you have switched your diet recently (adding more raw veggies than normal for example) you can actually go through a detox as your body flushes toxins from the fat you have. You basically are putting good things in and bad stuff is leaving as a result. Happened to me!
  • Whoo HOO! Its nice to see everyone is doing so well! As for me, despite having a binge filled weekend, I still lost weight!!! Check out the ticker!! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Chart
  • ugh. I hear you loud and clear. Friday and saturday were BAD. Friday was my boyfriend and I's 5 year anni and he had reservations. For korean BBQ and sushi...SUSHI! • I have the off brand of the sketchers "thera-shoes". I love them. You definitly feel the walk you did in your legs after wearing them, I think they make you use diffrent muscles to walk, so you do get a more even workout.
  • arent they great?? I got mine from my BF who had one for a diet he was on several years ago-but it has been unused since. I love it. I can finally see if I can have more of something based on actual weight! Its great for rice and beans by the way :) Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Chart

  • Wow, some great ideas. If I really needed a sweet pumpkin fix (this time of year its hard) I would get a non fat pumpkin latte. It has way less bad stuff in it than the donuts (the donuts have 300 cal and 11 g of fat....) I am addicted to starbucks, and I found the non fat carmel macciato tastes the same, so I feel less…
  • Thanks guys I had a good dinner :)
