Every morning but i don't let the number on the scale effect my day. If it's not going the right way i just look back on what i might have done better but i don't obsses over it.

bump i just got a slow cooker for xmas and cannot wait to try some of these recipies out!!!

For me and the boyfriend it's about 100-125 a week but where we live food costs are really high so i don't think its too bad. Also i mostly buy whole foods with a few package foods in for his lunches (he works at a mine driving coal trcks so he needs easy portable foods that wont go bad)

OOOOOOO I'll join!!! I'm From Hinton Alberta.... It's about 45 min east of Jasper for every one that doesn't know where that is We are really lucky here our cold snap finally ended here today it went from -36 to -5 (gotta love chinooks ...except all the wind)

I used to be able to drink up to 4 cans of coke a day easily, today i took a sip of coke didn't really like the taste of it, put it back and picked up my bottle of water instead!!!! Hurray!!!!
