Usually if u have stubburn belly fat then its probably the last place you lose fat, there isnt any possible way to target fat loss in certain areas. Just keep doing what ur doing and soon enough you will lose it. Patients and consistency

It is IMPOSSIBLE to spot reduce fat, you cannot lose fat where u desire. the only way to lose fat in a particular area is to lose fat as a whole and eventually it will come down. period thats it

Yea everyone is always looking for that secret, but doesnt that showoff their work ethic and drive huh. Lol if people dont want to listen to you then let em be, u know exactly what it takes for you and thats all that matters keep up what ur doing.

Thats all the advice u need honestly. just take it slow and make it enjoyable. keep improving ur lifts weekly/monthly, if u have a bad day just kick it in the past, everyone has a bad day dont let it discourage you and keep at it.
