I'm a big fan of all the beach body programs I've tried. The only negative I've heard about Insanity is the level of injury. With all the jumping, it's important to make sure landings are soft, and it's not too high of an impact. I think the calorie burn is pretty crazy, though. Looking forward to hearing how it goes.

Hey everyone! It's been a while since I've been on here, and I've slowly gone back to my original weight. I'm going to be jumping back into beachbody workouts and wanted to say hey! The workouts body fat and structure are all key components, but I think #3 is the only one who happens to be inhaling during the pictures. My suspicion is that if she were to flex/change her pose you would see very defined abs.
