  • I'm a big fan of all the beach body programs I've tried. The only negative I've heard about Insanity is the level of injury. With all the jumping, it's important to make sure landings are soft, and it's not too high of an impact. I think the calorie burn is pretty crazy, though. Looking forward to hearing how it goes.
  • Hey everyone! It's been a while since I've been on here, and I've slowly gone back to my original weight. I'm going to be jumping back into beachbody workouts and wanted to say hey! I travel a lot, and I'm thinking I may go for 22 Minute Hard Corps. I want something I can travel with since I spend a lot of time on the road.
  • They're in alphabetical order.
  • I think strong looking is incredibly attractive, and I generally think that female athletes (swimmers, sprinters, soccer and tennis, etc) look great. Physique and figure style builds are really nice, but I don't tend to like the stage ready leanness. A few weeks out is generally my favorite level. Even though you can see…
  • It's probably my favorite insanity so far. It's fast and really focused on continuous movement and I high intensity. I always go back to the p90x-stule workouts, though. I like having the weight component. Once I get to a good point with my overall fitness, I'll probably try to do both at the same time. They're just fun…
  • Whenever I feel like I'm cutting corners on something I ask: "What would Batman do?" It keeps me going.
  • I'm still rocking X3. I haven't tried the new one yet. Have you?
  • I'm in. I've been focusing on getting to bed earlier. I guess it only makes sense that I should start waking up earlier too. I'm going to shoot for 8:30 AM workouts this week. Historically, mornings haven't been a good time for me to workout. I end up feeling pretty sick for the next few hours. I'll give it another try…
  • I was really going to avoid entering the "I wish I could eat that" side of the conversation, but 12" pizza with an ice cream chaser is everything I've ever wanted in life--everything. To the OP, I'm curious to know what your bathroom schedule looks like. I'm no expert, but is it possible you are passing food and drink…
  • Hahahaha yes!
  • The workouts body fat and structure are all key components, but I think #3 is the only one who happens to be inhaling during the pictures. My suspicion is that if she were to flex/change her pose you would see very defined abs.
  • I'm going to agree here. If you decide to go forward with it, take it slow. I'm a big Beach Body fan, but lots of people jump in too fast and don't let their body adjust. This is why so many people talk about how sore they are or how they hurt themselves. Don't worry about keeping up with Shaun on day one, and listen to…

  • Oops. Didn't realize it wasn't in the main forum.
  • I'm not an expert, and it looks like your post has already been tagged by someone who knows more than me. But until SideSteel responds, I'll throw in my two cents. At first glance, it looks like you may be overdoing it on the slow cardio. There are quite a few articles that talk about long cardio shutting down the…
  • I finished a round of P90X3 earlier this year, and I was very impressed with the results. I've also done P90X. I'd take a few things into account when figuring out which program may be better. Honestly, I was really impressed by the P90X3 results I had. I was really able to see my body transform week to week. I was also…
  • I'm doing a P90X3/Insanity Combo. Good luck to everyone, and feel free to add me if you need motivation or want to give it!
  • I laughed out loud when I read this because I had almost just added being a coach but just for the discount to my profile. I think the reason you probably hear things like that a lot is because if someone says they're a coach upfront, you assume they're a pushing something. If they don't tell you they're a coach upfront,…
  • I just started doing Insanity last week. I'm doing Insanity schedule with P90X3 Mass. I'm definitely up for some accountability if you're looking for the same.
  • This is one of the funniest things I've ever seen
  • To throw my two cents in there, I think for a lot of people the "magic" workout is the one they can stick to. I've done a handful of home programs and really enjoy them, and feel like they are higher quality of workout than I did when I was younger. That doesn't mean that going to a gym, having a good trainer and more…
  • Sexy older women are incredible. Since I was in my early twenties, I've primarily dated women who were in the 30s and 40s. The first question I'm still asked when I tell my friends and family I met someone is "how old is she?"
  • False TNP will post "False"
  • Winner for me every time.
  • I told you it wouldn't be that bad...
  • Hahaha mere seconds ago...
