Well, today, the day after our weigh in I'm at 157.5 - go figure!

Not exactly the numbers I wanted to see this am...but it is what it is... weigh in this morning at 158.5 so I gained .5 lbs over the last two weeks

well, I know we don't need to post our 1 week weigh in (1 week minus 1 day), but I'm still at the same weight I was last Thursday...so I guess that is good. I was hoping to be a little less, but I guess I'll have to wait until the Dec 2 weigh in for that. Good luck with your weight loss everyone!

the good thing for you is that breastfeeding BURNS calories. I found that I lost all of my pregnancy weight while breastfeeding for the first 13 months and once that stopped the lbs started adding up b/c I wasn't doing any exercise and still eating the same amount of food.

we only have a PS3 here...anyone tried that one? wondering if that is worth it. Wii has more games for the younger kids (which we have), but we really aren't a video game household anymore.. 21 year old no longer in the house :-)

writing down EVERYTHING I eat REALLY helps me. Don't give up, the only way you are going to see a change is if you truly make a change and are consistent. You can do it!!!

Well, I ended up not having to eat at CEC at all! They didn't even order any food, so rathern than order an entire pizza for just us, we left a little early and ate at home :-) and I was under for the day!!!
