Piyo gets tougher when you actually utilize all the form tips. If you are just going through the motions and not contracting your core when she tells you, or not going low in the stances, (ETC) then you are missing the whole point of this program. Yes! After years of tracking and weighing my food...I stopped in February. It's so freeing! I am not on any sort of diet...I eat carbs like bread, pastas...actually I eat just about everything, except processed crap. I indulge too! So it can be done.

That ratio is fine for about 2-6 weeks,(everyone is different) then most people will find they are bonking and need to change it up.

I eat healthy most of the time and do not feel deprived or less of a free spirit at all. Healthy food is delicious! The new recommendations for daily sodium intake is 1500mgs. (for everyone) It use to be 2500 for most people....:-)

I'm in week 12 and LOVE IT!!! It's great being challenged by the moves in each workout..I could never do a boring strength training workout again. I like that it helps me become a better athlete. I am a martial artist and need much more than just strength and looking good.:wink: It's helped me in so many ways!
