  • Yes I am on meds have been about a year now. And yes I do eat very healthy my nutritionist said there isnt much more i can change.   • I say same as above check your shoes at first if it wont go away look into a knee brace with a support in front. the one i use has a hole in front that supports my knee cap and i work out roughly twice a day once on my own and once with the army.good luck

  • Even though I do agree with you. The American population has rated the gym as the best place to get a date. so with that said they are going to continue to do it. I have a friend that works out everyday and I must say at least once a week he meets someone else.

  • Sprinting is the only good way to get speed, In army we incorparate 30;60 and 60:120 where your sprinting and then recovering. this will get you where you want fast do atleast 2 miles worth of these to see a good progression.

  • Shin splints occurs either when shoes are old like said above or you are breaking into a new style of cardio. I got these really bad when I went to boot camp. As for helping them ice them after you run and take alittle ibprofen or similar. they will heal when you continue with your workouts.good luck

  • I know in my case being in the army i burn roughly 800 to 1500 calories a day so trying to eat that much more is hard for me. my diet is 1900 already so adding that to it is putting me at 3000+.   • In basic training this is a tactic they use to help us eat right and get on track, you will eat less and feel full longer. we never did the 15 min prior we had to drink ours then eat what we could makes more sense to me our way because the water hasn't started to digest yet it is in the stomach with the food,good luck guys
