Exercise and earn some back. I've had 920 calories thus far, but I burned 883 this a.m. So I'm at a +37 net.

I cook all my HB eggs for the week on Sunday and peel them. Package them in sandwich bags (4 each) and thats it. Haven't had a problem yet.

Spin class monday - friday (pending this awful new england weather lately), lift monday - friday. Weekends rest. Sometimes double sessions if I feel inspired.

I did and the pounds are coming off. Get rid of the wine during the week, drink it on the weekends and see what sort of impact it has on your diet/weight.
