I feel bad for him :-(.......He's already bought a bunch of it to sell ;-(...........I knew it was a scam, and just wanted your feed back so I can show it to him as well..............There is an easy formula for weight loss.....eat less, move more :-).......It's working for me, and I'm sticking with it :-)
  • 1 went from 143 to 135 in 55 days :-)..........I allow myself 1200 calories a day plus the extra calories I earn when I work out ( 3 times a week) and walk ( an hour a day)........I do enjoy eating meat for the protein, and it helps me feel fuller.

  • I go ahead and eat something....If I'm really hungry I figure I must have burned more than I thought. So far I have lost weight perfectly fine while doing this. Most of the time some yogurt or a piece of bread with peanut butter will do the trick.

  • You can't target where to burn fat. Just keep counting calories and losing weight. If you're anything like me, the sromach will be the last thing to go. Doing sit ups is great, and it will firm the muscles in that area, but it will not burn the fat in that area only........
