Thanks thought maybe I was having a moment knowing someone else had the same problem makes me feel a lot more positive about it. Thanks this is very helpful will do some maths and adjust my macros. As of today I'm at my goal weight :) my body fat however is quite high I think it's about 35 will need to double check at the gym. Cant believe no one on that web page mentioned raw cookie dough. My last year of uni I had exams dissertation etc and basically no time to sleep so I managed to stay awake with raw cookie dough and energy drinks (this explains so many things about me)

Im following what MFP suggests mainly because i didn't fancy the look of some of the recipes. I try to net 1200 a day on a bad day im a bit over but on days when i get a lot of exercise I have been known to be under 1200 as long as my weekly average is OK and I hit my macros (or am very close) I don't worry to much
