Just put a tin of chick peas in the Actifry only for about 10 minutes- yum! Really nice as a snack! :)

Parsnip crisps sound lovely! Im planning on cooking whole red onions and quorn sausage and chips in there this evening! YUM! I love it when the red onions crisp around the side, they are soooooo tasty! :)

Hi There, I was in the exact same boat. I did so well on the old WW plan and lost 2.5 stone, with the new plan i put on weight. Hi Angel T, I have great running shoes but really suffering with a slight varicose vein in one leg. I read a few articles online that suggested compression socks. Thanks everyone else for replying, Ill take a look at this brand now.

Amazing work! Well done. I ran 3.1 miles (or 5k) yesterday (my first run since completing c25K) and i did it in 36.5 minutes. Im well chuffed. So whats next for you?
