  • I am 5'5" and started out at 181 and now weigh 170 pounds. I would love to be 150pounds. I presently wear size 12 and L or XL tops. 25 years ago when I got married my wedding dress was a size 10 and I weighed 125.
  • pineapple does have a lot of fiber. My school nurse told me any P fruit (fruit starting with the letter P) has a lot of fiber and is good for you.
  • We have an American Bulldog (I know-- LARGE) and even in the cold we walk him about 20 minutes every morning. He looks forward to it and will wake us up if it gets to be after 7AM. He hates the rain though so on real rainy days he perferes just to go out in the back yard for a real quick leg lift.
