I was using the high impact aerobics option which told me I was burning around 400 cals a class (60 mins). I bought a HRM and found out I've been burning 700-800 cals a class. I would def advise buying a HRM. Makes a world of difference. I have a Polar.

They usually have a seafood n veggies option (comes steamed)....it's usually pretty good and you can get the sauce on the side.

I eat dark chocolate pretty much daily. I get them individually wrapped so I can exercise portion control. Kills no more than 40 cals a day and I'm happy. :)

I love broiling mine. Cooks fairly quickly and with a small (and I do mean small) amount of canola oil and lemon pepper. It's always nice and tender. Happy cooking! :)

I hope it works out for you. I find that my body plateaus after eating the same things every day, so I'll change it up maybe on the weekends or something. But hey...if it works for your mom it should work for you too! Good luck! :)

A little bit of both. I pre log every night for the next day (except weekends) and I leave enough left over for randomness during the day. When the randomness occurs I log that as I go. :)

I just started TurboFire so I can't speak for results, but I truly love it! I'm the type to get bored easily so I do things like zumba, dancing, anything that will amp the cardio without me realizing it. I use the high impact aerobics option...depends on the workout tho...I've been to some zumba classes where it's more "skill of the dance" than a high impact session.

You are pretty. And as soon as you realize you are..you'll begin to notice the other people that think you are too. Think of it this way...if you want real love...you want someone who's going to love you whether you're 100lbs or 500 lbs. If they only pay attention when you drop weight...they're not really for you anyway.…

Generally I would say no...however someone close to me lived and breathed diet coke for years and recently suffered some serious dehydration issues. As far as weight loss is concerned, I would say no...unless you're getting more of it in than water. Happy Trails. :)
