Dont judge for what I'm about to say...Bacon, chocolate chip cookies. Sounds bad (not really), but actually kinda amazing. Me and my roommate made those during our senior year. Probably wont make em' again :)

I either avoid it completely and not go near it (was craving McDonald's and McDonald's is conveniently on my way to work. Just avoid it. Nothing there is good for me) or I fit it in. Observe portions as best as possible.

I have the phrase, "Somewhere Only We Know" across my back. When I get my cash, I have an idea for a full back piece based off that phrase. My next tat will most likely be this yin/yang idea I have for my shoulders/collarbone area.

So, I made it through Phase 1. Then I took a week off. Starting back tomorrow and I'm a little nervous honestly. Kinda nervous that it'll be too much and I wont finish. *sigh* I'll try to "Dig Deeper" while I curse Shaun T out.

I'm 5'6 with an UGW of at most 150 by next May (my last weigh in, I was 203). My diary is open to friends. I'm still trying to wing myself off the sugar (I have a thing for Cocoa Puffs), but yeah. Work in progress.

1.) Boneless chicken + Salsa = amazing. You're a college kid like me. You can get cans of boneless chicken (for cheap), nice can of salsa, a pack whole wheat tortillas and it'll last. Lol. I'm following the plan, so it fits, but I wasn't sure if it was still okay. I may have to make a slow (emphasis on slow) transition to a better cereal, but I definitely had cocoa puffs for breakfast this morning. Though, thanks for the advice :)
