    ALWAYS go to bed hungry :) I told my mom this and she started eating smaller dinners a few hours before bed... not only is she losing weight, but her nightly heart burn has disapeared!

    Realize that opinions are like *kitten* and everyone has one. You are going to get dozens of conflicting thoughts on this thread. Because most people think that their way is the only way.

    In the end it really does boil down to this: try SOMETHING. If that doesn't work, try something else. The calories in < calories out is #1, be that through change in diet or increase in exercise.

    But if that doesn't work, remember your reasons. Remember why you're doing this. That's what's gonna keep you going past pains or all that food porn :P
