I actually plan on doing it. Mostly because I've heard good things from those who have done it =] Not necessarily as a weight loss tool, but to help cleanse your liver and help with digestion!!

i've tried it with milk, personally using fat-free half and half is a better option for me. its only 20 calories for 2 tbsp and i can use more of it if i want to and still be okay. with the milk it was about 80 cal or so (depending on the % )

^agreed with the whole Reynauds syndrome... my grandmother has that and i have symptoms of it but not enough to get a diagnosis. other possibilities, if they are verticle, can be found here:http://www.medicinenet.com/vertical_ridges_on_the_fingernails/symptoms.htm ps. it mentions horizontal too.

big calves run in my family. my father had HUMONGOUS calves. i have grown used to them but on short men i do find it a little odd, especially if they arent fit on top. =] im sure it looks fine on you though! but its not everyones cup of tea.

ive had it done once for under my arms. i won the treatment so i dont know how much it normally runs. but i had to do 6 different sessions for the treatment to be completed and they said i would have to go back every 3-5 years to get it redone. but mine didnt even last a year. for me it didnt work well, it just helped with…

thats a hard one for any of us to determine. you only know how much you pushed yourself. for me if by the end of the vacuuming i felt my heart rate increase then i would do vigorous.

why dont you try measuring your body instead of just relying on weight? =] if you tend to gain muscle easily (i do) then sometimes what will happen is the muscle will kind of "build" on top of that layer of fat (i cant do crunches because if i have a lot of fat on my tummy ill just add bulk by building muscle) <-- thats my…
