I just went there last week and had the parmesan shrimp and sirloin steak listed in the under 550 calories catagory. It was delcious. SO much flavor and very tender. I was really impressed..

Ha! I just had a thought. Montana has Ford F-150's and every other kind of pick up imaginable everywhere! However, we have very few sports cars. So according to this study our state has an abundance of attractive men, but very few attractive women......Humph, I don't think I like this study at ALL!!!

Yes, it happens. I had lost close to 70 lbs at one point and kept it off/maintained for about a year. Then I got injured and have since gained about 20lbs back. I know I will never let myself get back up to 215lbs, but I also know I have the tools to get the weight off again. I am taking things slowly as to not re-injure…
