I have a liter bottle that I fill at least 3 times a day and on some days I drink more depending on if I have a longer work out or if I'm just feeling thirsty. It helps to just have a bottle or a glass with you and as soon as you empty it fill it up again and repeat. After awhile it becomes a habit. You really get alot of…

I agree with the posts above water retention could be it, I recently had the same issue and I increase my water intake to 2 to 3 liters a day and it really makes a difference also watch out for your sodium intake as well.

I'm a huge water drinker, not sure of what the rule is but I generally fall somewhere around 2 liters of water a day. I notice I snack less with more water
