Baked potato, roasted chicken and lots and lots of veg (carrots, sweetcorn, parsnips, peas, bell peppers, anything) - that's my absolute favourite, simple is best! I love mixing diced up chicken with brown rice, baby corn, baby carrots, peppers and onions as well c:

it might seem like nonsense to you now, but believe me starvation mode is real. I ate 600-800 calories a day for about 5 months, started binging and so I tried to up my calories so that I wouldn't binge any more. 1000 calories and I was absolutely full, and also 20 pounds heavier. Starvation mode exists!

I haven't been doing yoga for that long, around 10/11 months but I absolutely love it! It's really calming and relaxing and I really like to do it first thing in the morning or just before bed. It's definitely improved the strength in my arms, my balance, flexibility and stamina (due to the steady breathing). I like to do…

Trying chopping them up really really finely in a stir fry or a sauce, red bell peppers are quite sweet so they'd be nice like that, or maybe try mixing some green pepper in to your salad?

I really like balsamic or honey and mustard dressing or sometimes a little lemon juice and black pepper c:

I'm 5'7 and my goal is around 120. I've got quite a small frame so if my weight goes over 135 I start to look pretty chubby

I used to find it hard to get my calorie intake up, but adding in foods like peanut butter, unsalted nuts, granola, seeds and using a little olive/sunflower/vegetable oil when cooking can really help!

I LOVE Cassey! The fact that she does the whole workout with you and talks the whole way through it really distracts me from the fact that I'm basically dying.. I really like; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZoR7YKqIe8 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UT4UlsoQchY http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H1okL7ieoyY…

Fresh fruit, raisins, fat free yoghurt, celery and carrot sticks, apple slices... I could go on forever! Maybe try other nuts instead of almonds for a bit of variety. I personally love cashews, pistachios and pecans! You could dip your carrot sticks in hummus, dip your apple slices or celery in pb and dip your fresh fruit…

bump, loooove cheesecake!

At first, yes you might gain weight, but that's because your metabolism has probably lowered due to the low calorie intake. If you slowly up your calories your metabolism will hopefully go up with it and then you'll start to lose weight with a higher calorie intake c: x

You definitely need to up your calorie intake. I would aim closer to 1400. I know it sounds scary, but it is really worth it. I think you should also try and get a more substantial breakfast, maybe porridge with berries or toast with eggs and a banana? If eating a lot at meal times is hard, maybe try to eat snacks in…

I used to absolutely HATE my legs, but now I love them soooo much! I used to think they were fat and horrible but now I think they are long, strong and beautiful. I wouldn't swap them with anyone else's ever!
