I must agree, if I take in soda..reg or diet and any carbs like breads etc I will NOT LOSE at all, no matter how hard I try. I am doing my best to almost eliminate those foods and yes it is hard as hel but it needs to be done for some.

ME! I really thought I was bonkers but clothes do not fit me properly, as my belly is distended and not proportionate to anything else.

5'1" on a good day :) I just recently started again at 173, wish to be 120. I don't count my numbers too precisely but I log between 1200-1500.

So I tried p90x today and failed miserably. I am SO out of shape right now, ugh. I think walking an hour a day for at least 1 week may be helpful before jumping into the Zumba and then...p90x. I just wish there was a magical motivation pill.

My sweet tooth kills my dieting, so I try to either stick with sugar free chocolate or something like skinny cow or WW ice cream or yogurt bars. Best thing to do is stay away from those ooey gooey yummy baked things. Stupid carbs!

Thanks everyone. I do the 30S maybe 1-2 weekly right now but I'm always moving whether it be cleaning or.what not. I do stuff like yoga poses/situps while watching tv daily. I think I need to eat more and get my motabolism going. Ill be researching that and portion control this weekend.
