Theguy12 - I started my wieght loss in August with roughly the same stats I was 32 years old, 6' 1 and 319 pounds. I can definately relate to the confusion that was losing weight. Personally, I joined a competition to win $$ so I hit the gym hard going 5 - 6 days a week and working out with a trainer two of those days…

Binging is tough. Just remember how you feel right now the next time you have the urge to binge! Tell yourself that you do not want to feel that way again and hold yourself to it!

I set a goal of getting to 250 pounds from the 320 I started at. When I hit my goal I was not happy and moved the goal to 230. I am now at 225 and have gone into maintenance but I have a doctor appointment today to see where I actually should be at without looking too thin as all my co-workers say I am. I guess what I am…

Amen Rigger! I plan to enjoy myself but eat everything in moderation. I recently started maintenance and never eat up to my calorie goal so I will have some extra room there.

My kids drink Lactose Free Milk Lactaid and I enjoy Unsweetened Almond Milk. The Almond milk definately has an interesting taste the first time but I have come to enjoy it with my raisin brand!

I did lose a lot of weight in a short period og time and it is pretty dramatic. I simply did the following: - did not have a cheat day - stopped drinking all sodas, pops whatever you call soft drinks - switched from Miller Lite to Miller 64 - got a personal trainer 2 days a week - went to the gym and did cardio and weigth…

Thank you everyone! It does feel great to get the weight off and get healthier. It also feels great when my dad, my uncles, and others say that I motivated them to lose weight.

Amazing Job! Thank you for sharing your journey with us!

It is pretty strange when people who havent seen me in a long time ask me how I lost all my weight. I get asked if I had surgery or if I was on some crazy diet pills. I homestly entered a competition at the gym called the Get Fit Challenege and there was a prize of $50,000 to the person who lost the most weight. I hit the…

Do not feel guilty for living your life and having fun. If you go to the gym and eat right you can afford to have empty calories! I have lost 84 pounds by eating right and going to the gym 6 days a week. I also love my beer and scotch and have not given it up and I have still lost weight. This is not a diet it is a…

Great job! Congrats!

I am a father of 2 kids and started this Journey in August of this year. I have 10 more pounds to go to my goal of 90 and would be more than happy to help motivate you! I could also use some motivation when it comes to maintenance as it is getting harder to maintain control over this eating right lifestyle change.

I usually eat a Special K breakfast sandwhich with sausage, egg, and cheese that totals approximately 240 and that keeps me good until lunch.

^^^ THIS ^^^ I have lost 66 pounds in a little over 95 days and did not have any of these symptoms but I ate clean and drank a lot of water.
-
No I did not have any surgery. I worked out 5 - 6 days a week and ate right.

I started MFP the beginning of August this year at 319.5 and have lost 52 pounds so far. I have done weight watchers before and lost some weight but it did not make you focus on the actual food calories and fat so when I got off the diet i gained it all back. I exercise 5 days a week and try to net 1,800 calories. I am…
