I have done Jillian, running, going to the gym, Turbo Fire and now FocusT25. I absolutely LOVE the beachbody workouts! They also have great hybrids mixing different ones up! ~Misty :)

My opinion is if you are working hard at sticking to your healthy eating limits one dinner won't kill you. You may not feel physically great afterwards, but allow urself to enjoy something you always had before. If you try to always restrict you will start binging. Dont buy them for your house and quit going out to eat, especially Golden Corral!! If you need a little sweet try frozen yogurt or Fiber One Brownies.

Folic Acid and Biotin should help. Most likely your not getting enough nutrients with your diet. Anorexics have this problem due to lack of nutrients. Make sure to see your Dr to check all your levels. If your potassium is out of whack that can create serious health problems! :)

I also go for popcorn. I also cook mine in a brown paper bag, No Oil! :) I also go for 100 cal of Almonds, the 50cal string cheese, a piece of fruit, if I am really naughty I will do a half of a serving of baked tostitos and salsa. I completely agree with you! The tone and sculpt is ok, but I like using Jillian Michaels better for strength. :) I am considering buying Insanity or the new T25 to change things up.

I have had TurboFire for a long time and love it! I bought weighted gloves (not from beachbody, found them at Ross). I also do my own calorie thing, and I also have my own schedule for Turbo. Just keep plugging way! Well worth it!!!

I get sick of her saying the same thing after about 5 or six days too. Like the quote that drives me nuts in ripped is on level one, when she makes the "throwback to the 80's" comments, "get your legwarmers" lol The 6 pack is a TOUGH workout. The first time i did it I thought I was dying as well!!!!!! I still have troubles…

Until I got my HRM I logged as circuit training. Pretty close! But now I use whatever the heart rate monitor says.

I like 30 Day shred, but I like her ripped in 30 MUCH better! I burn more calories with ripped and I like the exercises better. Also with ripped in 30 there are four levels so you switch after one week. I like that because I get bored to quickly. :)

HOLY CRAP I would have flipped too! I HATE palmetto bugs and roaches. I live in Fl so I live for the Home defense bug spray!!!!! One time I pulled a potatoe out of the bag and a Palmetto bug ran straight up my arm!!! I flipped out so bad my husband couldn't figure out what was wrong with me!!! LMAO

I use a New Balance with chest strap. Before I bought that one, it was only the watch and it calculated extremely high! The one I use now (with chest strap) is much more accurate. When I set it up I had to enter my weight, height, age and sex which makes it much more accurate.

Agreed, count them!!!! Even though they are healthy calories, sugars and carbs they still count!!!!!!!!!!
