Smashing, my darling, simply smashing. I CANT BELIEVE YOURE ON THE SUCCESS STORIES PAGE WITH BEFORE/AFTER PICTURES!!! ....I mean, I can, because you're awesome and you've worked so hard, I just feel like you're a celebrity or something. Oh man. I just can't stand how proud I am of you. Next time I see you, I'm buying you a…

21, and just sort of struggling in general. :) ha ha.

^I think she meant if you're exercising, your body isn't even getting those full 1400 calories for normal functions. And, you have an excellent point.
-
What a great feeling! It's nice when your hard work gets appreciated. :)
-
You look GREAT and I'm loving that swimsuit. Awesome work! Bet you won't be shying away from any beach photos this year! :)
-
I agree... but those are people who need to be motivated, probably not told they are annoying. ;)

Hello, I'm Skye, I'm 20. :) Consider yourself added.

I think it's all about how they're prepared-- You can add fruit to lots of things: Cereal, oatmeal, cottage cheese, smoothies, yogurt, etc. Some fruits are also good baked (although a lot of people can't get over the warm mushy, I like it): pears, apples, bananas. There are low-cal cobbler recipes and things like that too.…

This would be more accurate; especially if some of the walking is only done half the days. Plus then if you go out of your way one day, you can log it. It might motivate you to get up and move around every lunch hour if you knew you got to write it in as excercise!

Load up on carbs beforehand; load up on protein during; replenish your body healthily after, then eat normally. (would be my extremely unprofessional advice.) I do think it probably wasn't in your best interest to not give your body the fuel it needed immediately after the huge workout. However, 220 miles!! Way to go;…

Eating 1200 calories and burning 1000 calories a day would mean you net only 200 calories-- this won't be enough for your body to run on. However, in general yes-- if you burn extra calories, it will result in faster weight loss. Just make sure you keep a healthy balance. :) Good luck!!

Confidence. Confidence in himself, in what he believes, in me, in our relationship..... [Progressive of course; I guess I'm not *looking* for confidence in our relationship before it even starts. :)] Respect is really important too.

You look beautiful! And wow, what a transformation! Definitely wear that dress with confidence, pretty lady. :)

Working out one body part a day doesn't sound like too much-- it's probably the hour of cardio that's making you feel tired. (Or maybe it's food/sleep/water: has anything else changed in the last month?) I think continuous sore muscles for a month is probably a sign your body is having too much. Maybe try to cut back to…

You look SO great!! Excellent job, lady! (And good luck with your remaining few pounds-- it looks like you'll have no problem tackling them!)
-
Ha ha ha. :)

What does "no such luck" mean?

Ask, ask, ask away! ....I'd say try to get some extra excercise in on the day you overeat to burn off those extra calories. It's sort of like sleep-- if you get behind, you can't ever quite catch up. However, if you do have one off day, it would be good to work extra hard the next day, so while you may not be burning…

What a hottie! Way to go, lady.

I think a cruise sounds like so much fun that I would be more than willing to encourage you on to your goal! You can add me if you want. :)
-
Since it'll be impossible to know how many, just know that you probably burned a little extra today and consider that a good thing! :) (And ugh, that sounds awful!)

1. I kind of skimmed the first paragraph, so I read the whole thing as it was you Grandma you were referring to. Definitely an even weirder friend that way. ;) 2. DEFINITELY. No matter how much you love somebody, your own insecurites and jealousies often show through, and so much of the time we have no idea how what we say…

Woah, that stuff sounds cool! Thanks for sharing.

It won't become a pattern if you don't let it! And you already did step number one: get the feelings out of your head and onto MFP!! It's okay to feel sluggish (and this crappy weather is certainly making me that way too,) but at least you've identified the problem and chosen to do something about it (even if it is as…

I love this! It's just that little bit extra that makes it feel like so much more than just an orange, but without an extra calories! Will try soon; thanks for posting.

It's perfectly normal if you've been eating a healthy amount of calories. A likely reason would be a high sodium diet 7 days ago and before, and a lower sodium more calorie conscious one now. Embrace your newly lost pounds! :) (But don't be discouraged if they all don't come off so easily!) Way to go!!

Tom Petty! :) I love that guy.
-
haha. I loved this. Slightly irritated at having to get up.... But I did it. Which I think is lovely. Thanks. :)
-
Haha! I didn't know other people ate cottage cheese on salad.

Eates---- Don't do it! :D
