I am down 6 lbs and have gained 2 lbs of muscle

I start the new challenge March 12.

I am currently doing the containers. No workouts yet. Issues with my knees. I see a nutritionist who reports my results to my dr. every week as well so have some accountability.

i have been recovering from knee issues - was on anti inflammatories for 8 weeks. So working on my food for the last 2 weeks and will start exercising next week. have still managed to lose weight though.

Yes there are days where i dont get all my veggies in. Lot of food in those little containers lol

Well fell off the wagon. Back on track.

I broke down and bought a fitbit charge hr. I can track everything on my phone as it syncs with my phone. Then i can log what the workout was.

I have now started logging my food and exercise as my dr. Wants me to see a nutritionist as my health plan covers wellness visits.

I have a firbit charge HR so just use the calories burned from the log I get.

We can do this. Just have to plan and prepare.

How is everyone doing? I had a good day today. First day back. Food prepped - made the Mediterranean spice mix for the fish and made the asian vinaigrette. Both were awesome.

When i stick to the plan i do lose. I have a lot to lose as well. We can do this.

Did Total Body Cardio Fix this morning. OMG thought I was gonna die. Man was that hard.

same here. I have been getting my steps in but with the knees acting up I have been limited in mobility.

How is everyone doing? Knee still in pain but soldiering on. Fitbit charge hr has arrived so even more focused to get stats up. It killed me yesterday but managed to get in 8000 steps and 17 flights of stairs. This thing even tracked my sleep 7 hours with 18 periods of restlessness. Interesting.

It has gotten very quite. How are you doing Germany03. My knee has started acting up. of course try to get healthy and what happens. On meds but even walking hurts.

Well done. Knee acting up - taking meds for it but its hindering even walking. Why is it your body starts to retaliate when you start to make healthy choices.

I do 2 tbsp popcorn in brown paper bag in the microwave. Mix kernals with a little salt and coxonut oil the put in bag. Fold over top twice then lay on its side on top of paper towel. Nuke 2-3 min dep on powwr of mic delish

No exercise for me today. At spa getting a pedicure.

I just count the containers on my phone app. I found tracking both drove me nuts. As long as I am not hungy (I never am), I dont track my food on MFP for that reason
