  • I feel you on the headaches. Hope they go away for you soon. I am still having them this week but think it is either sinus related or side effects from Clomid. Yuck

  • Thanks. :) I've always had the skinny version because I was afraid to have the full fat and fall in love. LOL. I used to have one almost every day. So far, one in two weeks.
  • Great snack idea hoyagirl03!
  • Yum!!! Trying the spaghetti squash tonight!
  • I say give yourself a pat on the back for getting right back on track. We are ALL gonna have those days. I had one yesterday too. Not enough veggies and one extra yellow container and no workout. I am STRUGGLING to get workouts in this week because I've had a sinus headache and two earaches since Monday. Just feel like…

  • Just saw this post after asking for some suggestions in another one. GREAT topic and thanks so much for sharing. I know I will want to mix it up with some recipes this week so I don't get bored. Last week I kept it very simple to make sure I understood the plan.
  • Great idea! I noticed the plan calls for 8 cups a day but I know I need more. My goal is 3 liters a day so 12 cups. I bought some 1L bottles of flavored perrier. To make sure I am getting all my water in I make sure I drink 4 glasses in the time before breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Flavored Perrier gives me a little boost…
  • Hi everyone, Week 1 went well. So far scale is down 5lbs. My body rebelled big time on some of the workouts where I could barely walk so had to a lot of modified moves and take an extra break day. Grrrr. But not letting it discourage me. I know it will get easier. The weekend was a test because we were at a lakehouse with…
  • HaHaHa. Well we were all drunk so I am guessing we all "thought" we looked like back up dancers for Timberlake!
  • Congratulations on your marriage and weight loss! I can totally relate to the post wedding routine.
  • Hi everyone, My name is Christina and I just started 21 Day Fix yesterday. Currently living in Toronto and been "playing" with MFP for awhile now. I am a former WW member who found much success with it the first time around but grew tired of it. Just couldn't get myself back into it. Been focusing more on not just how much…
  • Yikes!!! 1,000? No wonder you are hungry. Is that what the formula told you? I would think that is really low, especially with the daily workouts.
  • Hey Myespen! Yesterday was Day 1 for me as well. I found myself hungry a few times through the day, despite drinking (3) 24oz bottles of water. Headache kicked in mind afternoon but I know it's likely because of all the junk I let myself have at a girls weekend. Last night's prep took a lot less time than Sunday because I…
  • I also started yesterday and did the Total Body Cardio Fix. Was a little frustrated that I had to modify a few but refuse to get frustrated. Did Upper Fix this morning and loved it!
  • Hi ladies, Thanks for sharing! Today is Day 1 for me. I typically do some prep Sundays - boil eggs, make quinoa, clean/cut veggies, and bake chicken. But, it took me a litle longer yesterday since I am getting used to the program. We have a weekend at the lake with friends this weekend so that will be my first real life…
  • Count me in please!! I just ordered yesterday so hopefully it will be here in time to start with you all on Monday. Thanks for setting this up. Also, are you still going to track on MFP during?
  • I just ordered it yesterday and waiting for it to arrive. Are you still tracking on MFP? I know the point of containers is portion control and not having to track.

  • Amazing!!!! What an inspiration....
  • You have to do what works best for you and it varies for everyone. Kudos to you for trying something new but realizing what may help you reach your goals. WW worked for me until I stopped following it. Then I just found it hard to get back into it and needed something new to keep me focused (MFP). Go get it girl!
  • WOW WOW WOW!!!!! You are such an inspiration to others and I hope for YOURSELF! Way to go.
  • Congratulations!!!!! Such an amazing feeling I am sure. Enjoy every moment of it. You earned it.
  • From the US but living in Toronto for four years now!
  • Amazing!!!!! You define the word commitment!!!
  • How about less judgment everyone? She never said she was FOCUSING on losing weight during pregnancy as her priority. She was asking for feedback. She clearly states what her priority is - a healthy baby and that she would be eating extra calories for her baby. There is nothing wrong with her still wanting to be "healthy'…
  • We are in SUCH similar places!!! You should be super proud of the changes you've made.
  • No judging from me! I know it's "cliche" but this is a lifestyle. It's not realistic or fair for us to expect that we are perfect everyday and deprive ourselves. If you are training for a fitness competition, sure. But, if you are just trying to get healthier it needs to be a program you can live with everyday! Adding you…
  • Your attitude will get you exactly where you need to be! I was at my highest weight ever a few months ago and was feeling overwhelmed by the thought of having to lose so much weight. But one day at a time it all makes a difference and adds up! No matter how "slowly" it comes off it will come off. Go get it girl!
