9/1/13 - 90 minutes of running - steps completed. 9/2/13- 7,053 steps + 5 miles run. 9/3/13 - 18,000 steps 9/4/13 - ran 4.5 miles plus walked all day at Indiana dunes. 9/5/13 - run - 50 minutes (may not have done them here) 9/6/13 - 13,846 steps 9/7/13 - 4.7 miles run. Think i did well on my steps this week
