    My favorite fall exercise is walking in the early evening about an hour after dinner.

    I ate out at a restaurant yesterday, so I think that I put on some water weight since my last weigh in. First time at a restaurant in the past 2 weeks. I'm back on track today though. Hopefully, I can keep it that way. :smile:

    Favorite fall exercise : ( don't know, probably running if I can get back to it full swing after knee problems. Would love to be able to run when it isn't like a sauna outside.) Went jogging 4 times this week and my knee is killing me, and I can feel grinding when I move it. Looks like jogging is out for now. Lets change to walking and cycling. Some resistance training too.

    Current challenges: my weight bounces around for no reason and I can't get past the 130 lb mark. If anybody can tell me how to lose the last 13.6 lbs I would greatly appreciate it.
