    Just for fun: What is your favorite fall exercise? I love my treadmill, that is the only consistent thing I use for my workouts along with any workout DVD's... Starting 30 day shred today!

    Starting Weight: 184 lbs (29-01-13)
    Current Weight: 9/1: 144.8 lbs
    Goal Weight: 130-140 lbs - I'm refocusing on a BF% of less than 30 and a waist that's less than 30 (currently BF at 31.5% and waist 33.5") - so whatever weight that is!!!

    I'm not sure what my favourite autumn exercise is as I'm usually a bit of a couch potato. I love running, but not in the cold and wet. I love walking - along the Prom or up a local hill - don't mind doing that in the cold and wet. Especially if I can get a coffee and a scone with jam when I'm done LOL.

    My favorite fall exercise is walking in the early evening about an hour after dinner.

    I ate out at a restaurant yesterday, so I think that I put on some water weight since my last weigh in. First time at a restaurant in the past 2 weeks. I'm back on track today though. Hopefully, I can keep it that way. :smile:
