protein shake ... protein, almond milk and frozen fruit with a glass of water to thin it out a bit because its really thick otherwise ..very filling and its like drinking a milkshake ........ i buy protein bars for a quick grab instead of making something .

set up an obstacle course in your house or your yard .. i use my stairs too , up and down and try to challenge the amount of times i did previously..or use the bottom stairs as a stair step and go up and down that with weights in your hands . planks , crunches , jumping jacks , the list goes on what you can do in your home…

i eat six times a day so 60-80 grams fits fine for me and also fits the rest of my day..i dont really eat potatoes anymore if i can help it ..mostly just grains , fruit and cereal when im eating carbs .

when i go through that in between phase i sometimes go to the AmVets or Salvation Army and try to find a few things to get me through. You can also go to a Walmart and get some work out clothes less expensive than the mall.
