i have not been on here in years. I am back with a vengeance. Turning 60 last year and now in a position that losing weight and exercising regularly will allow me quality of life. It is no longer one of those I want to 'Look good' but I want to 'Live good" things. It is that time !

when no one else in the house wants to change eating habits

It's squash season

i am back again whoohoo
I haven't been here in a while but upon stepping on the scale this morning I noticed I had lost 16lbs since my last visit.. I need to keep it up .. I am going to Greece in February and would love to go a brand new person. So I finally got the carrot I needed and am glad to be back here to gain support and share ideas.

I'm patting myself on the back today
I actually did my workout this morning!!! whooohoo there is a God!!! Now I need to repeat this on any given day. I tend to wear out later in the day and so my workouts sometimes arent as good as they could be or I get enormously busy and don't have time.. today was a break through for me..

100 mile challenge

How do you get over the cravings of something that you really shouldn't be eating? The last two days I have been craving soft white rolls warmed with butter on them.
