I used to be on here over a decade and now am back ..65 years old with plenty of life in me but that will dwindle if I do not get back to living a healthy lifestyle. Here I am trying to be accountable and surround myself with those who want to change their health status as well. Looking forward to discussions and laughs and reaching goals!
