Humor is the best medicine

So many of us go through the ups and downs of trying to obtain our goals in whatever we do .. whether it be weight loss, improved work out performances or whatever else we strive for we take it serious. For me I try to have fun with what I do. workingout and incorporating a new eating lifestyle is not fun unless you make it fun. I get a kick out of people in general. One time I was on a treadmill and this lady all dressed up with make up and perfect hair do, chompin on gun was on a treadmill next to me .. lollygaggin away on her treadmill in order to refrain from sweat , i smelled an odor that could kill a pack of rats.. it was not from me .. i had all i could do to keep from laughing out loud .. just was funny at the time .. i stayed strong though and finished my run :)

anything funny for you during workouts or even food related?

    Sometimes running makes me gassy. I have learned the hard way to look behind me before I let one rip. :embarassed:

    There's a lady who frequently stands in front of me at legs, bums and tums who clearly wears a thong, we do loads of squats and not sure why but just think that's so funny, it's gotta hurt...

    Another thing that makes me giggle / cringe is one of the trainers is around my age (40s) and he almost salivates over the young ladies when he shows them around, his macho routine is quite amusing.
