How do you get over the cravings of something that you really shouldn't be eating? The last two days I have been craving soft white rolls warmed with butter on them. I had one with dinner yesterday but cant stop thinking about it. Someone mentioned bisquits and my brain is envisioning them coming out of my oven. yikes!!!!!

Eat them.. but make sure they fit within your calories. There are no BAD foods.. If you feel hungry often, then just swap out some carbs for protein and fats.

One roll or biscuit each day is unlikely to kill you (unless you have some type of allergy or choke on it). Cutting back doesn't have to mean cutting out. Just eat sensibly.

I can't think of any particular foods that I shouldn't be eating. I'm not diabetic, and I'm not allergic to anything, so nothing's off limits to me. (Unless it's someone else's food or something.) I've found that telling myself I can't have certain foods is not really helpful in the longrun. There's absolutely nothing wrong with soft white rolls with butter on them, as long as you're not allergic/intolerant to them, and they fit into a balanced diet. In fact, I'm about to have a slice of white buttered bread along with my pork sausages and vegetables.

Or, you know, just keep torturing yourself with visions of forbidden fruit.
