  • My schedule: 6:30am eat 7:30 workout 9:30 midmorning snack ( usually a granola bar) and maybe a coffee noon eat 2:30 or 3pm midafternoon snack 5pm dinner It seems to work best for my metabolism I also take a vitamin that is supposed to boost my metabolism and I take B-12
  • I do about 30-40 minutes and at the end I know I could not do anymore .. I could not see going an hour unless it was walking.

  • I do it with my 3 year old watching mickey mouse in a nearby room..Sometimes he even joins in..I usually do mine early in the morning after my older kids go to school.
  • I would not trust it either.. mine is about ever right.. yesterday it showed a 1.1lb loss which is a lot for me and was apparently wrong.. I forget what my regular weight watchers scale but it was not a huge loss..I trust only my bathroom scale now..I wish they made a better regular scale.. No way I can see all of this…

  • I have noticed that the food commercials at night look awesome even if they are restaurants I hate like KFC..I know though if I even eat one snack at night its a slippery slope for me I will not stop with one..So I just ignore it and drink more water which does seem to help :)
  • I love peanut butter granola with chocolate chips.. thats both salty and sweet and only 100 calories..I also love special k red berries with 1% milk thats about 160 calories and quite filling..I also love activia yogurt.

  • It's funny when I am craving something I know I should not eat it is usually salt I often wonder why.. I love fruit and yogurt but sometimes crave chips and anything with salt LOL I am doing calorie control and EA Active 2 on my Wii for exercise..I think I eat more now that I eat healthy than I did when I ate horribly.

  • my favorite snack is activia yogurt :) low calorie and so yummy .. I think getting out of the pregnancy eating is hard.. I used to snack a lot. Of course it was usually at night or when my son was napping. Best of luck.

  • I love the android and the ipod app.. both great if you eat out :) I love being able to log everything it helps me keep on track.
  • I would not worry about dieting while sick..You need more calories then in my opinion :) I can never stomach anything but whole wheat toast and ginger ale when I am sick
  • My favorite seem to be lean cuisine.. I especially like the steamer ones.. Sooo good! I do like the healthy choice steamer bowls too.. Especially great since I am catholic and it's lent . I can only have one meat meal a day and lean cuisine makes awesome fish meals :)
  • I agree on the mindless snacks.. Avoid then and plan the food you will eat.. bring your cell phone so you can still log or at least write it down.. It seems like a pain but it helps me stay on track :) It's so easy to put weight on but so hard to get it off.. If I have any chips which is rare I actually follow the serving…

  • I just started but I love how just after losing about 12lbs I feel more attractive in my own skin :) I actually bought a new t-shirt yesterday for St. Patrick's Day that fit and was not baggy enough to hide any shape.. actually felt good .. Kristi

  • I fell off too ;) Back on today. I blame the time of the month..Always want to eat everything in site at this time.
  • I eat my breakfast about 30 minutes before which is usually special k and 1% milk..I think the key is giving your stomach time in between .. I also drink 3 28oz water bottles a day..Enough water is key.
  • Every pound is cause to celebrate :) I just hit 10lbs and am ecstatic..I will be even more excited when I lose my next 7lbs.. the 160s are the hardest for me to get out of .

  • I added in some yogurt and those granola bars because I was having the same issue .. Nuts are a good idea too just afraid I would eat too many I like peanuts hehe

  • I cheat once a week and have lost something like 10lbs in the last few weeks..I think you need one day to have something good..I think it makes me less likely to fall off of the wagon..My cheat night is usually Sat. night since that's usually when I have my hubby bring me home this awesome salad in a fried tortilla bowl…
