My current battle.

I've had the flu since Saturday, and all I've been able to stomach was italian ice and and banana pop cycles.
What are some healthy foods that will be easy on my stomach?

    frozen bananas, whole grain toast with natural peanut butter, oatmeal, low-sodium chicken broth with carrots and green beans.
  • I would not worry about dieting while sick..You need more calories then in my opinion :) I can never stomach anything but whole wheat toast and ginger ale when I am sick

    "BRAT" diet is key for an upset tummy
    Bananas. Rice. Applesauce. Toast.
    you can stick to whole grain rice and toast.
