New to MFP & New mom

Hi everyone,
I just got joined up to mfp and I really enjoy it. I am a new mom of a three month old girl and have not ost a pound since I got home from the hospital. I find I am a very bad afternoon snacker when she is sleeping. Any suggestions on what to do when I want to snack?

    Almonds. Bananas with peanut butter. Yogurt. Just some things I tend to grab.
  • my favorite snack is activia yogurt :) low calorie and so yummy .. I think getting out of the pregnancy eating is hard.. I used to snack a lot. Of course it was usually at night or when my son was napping. Best of luck.
  • Hello I just joined too and also new Mummy to 20 week old baby girl..
    I find it hard because we're so busy in the mornings and I barely have time to eat and then, like you said, when she has her afternoon nap, I go on an eating rampage!!
    Since joining yesterday and today though it has made me think about it more and am drinking alot more water!!!
