Thanks @GoBlue1981 for the tips & words of encouragement! I really appreciate it :) I like the idea of monthly challenges & when accomplish getting a non-food reward I'm on day 2 of logging everything... I love the phone app for that for sure!

This is an easy challenge for me. I usually drink 12-14 cups in a day & usually have had at least 2 -3 cups by the time I get to work. :smile:

WHEN I reach my goal of losing 10lbs in November I will treat myself to a massage... I LOVE them & it is also something good for me :smile:

My biggest hurdles in losing 10lbs is time management... meaning finding the time to get in more exercise during the day. Also, snacking, sometimes not even realizing that I am snacking. I'm trying to find better things to snack on & drinking more water.
