    I like the idea of monthly challenges & when accomplish getting a non-food reward
    I'm on day 2 of logging everything... I love the phone app for that for sure!

    Hi all, got my ticket installed (I think?) and want to check in! Lost 2.7 lb since Sunday, mostly from staying away from alcohol and eating less... having a hard time giving up salty things yummmmmmm :)

    Keep up the great work and motivation! Looking forward to our week 1 check-ins!

    Hi, my name is Billy and i started my diet last Monday. I've been looking for a group for support. I've needed to lose weight for awhile but kept putting it off. I'm in for a 12 week journey.

    Small loss this week, but had a rough start. I definitely struggled with sticking to a healthy eating plan for the first half of the week. I'm a teacher and home for the summer, so there is a lot of free time to snack. I hope this week starts off on a high note because any loss is a good loss. See you next Sunday! ~Jackie

    Logged meals for 5 days of 7, cut back on alcohol and averaged over 10,000 steps per day last week. Looking forward to another great week and slow/steady weight loss!
