Hi, I want to do a half marathon on 25th of April and at the moment I can jog for 40 min without stopping. I am a beginner so I don't know if I'm going to be able to run the whole race but I want to train anyway. I have done 3 - 5.6 k this week :)

Congratulations! that's fantastic. I started to run on the treadmill few months ago and I can run 30 min now....never been a runner. I would like to do a half marathon in about 6 months time, do you think is achievable? How long did you train for it? Amazing results, well done!

Hi, I am in week4/day3 and I go by time. This week I do 2 sets of 3 min and 2 sets of 5 min running, warm up and cool down. On my treadmill this means nearly 2 miles of running. I have been advised to work on my time first, increase it slowly every week and only after I'm going to be able to run for 30 min to worry about…

Hi, I've been doing a lot of walking lately and the pounds are coming off slowly...only 3 ponds so far but i suppose is better than nothing. I log the food and exercise and I hope I'll stick to it.
