Trader Joe's has 100 calorie chocolate bars in Milk and Dark Chocolate.... It's really portions. You could have chocolate every day, just not a TON of it.

I second this! It is delicious and so quick... I add some cinnamon sugar by McCormick for 15 calories. (Add it to the egg beaters)... SO good!

I put some sugar free chocolate chips, and a scoop of PB2 in it. I think next time I will add some cinnamon and a few packets of stevia to sweeten it a bit.

Kraft Fat Free slices are 25 calories a piece. I use Nature's Own honey wheat bread that is 40 calories a slice... So... 2 slices of bread- 80 calories 2 slices of cheese- 50 Butter spray- 0 cals 130 calories with 2 slices of cheese. :-) YUMMY!

I hope you got it fixed... I just bought mine from Omega today... I have tried to use it twice today and I gave up. It kept saying my heart rate was "00" and to "Check heart rate monitor"... I wet it, and did everything I was supposed to do... I don't understand why it's not working. Any ideas?

Hey everyone! I just got back from a real ballet class and am feeling inspired! haha. Did any of you guys ever find a good ballet dvd workout that is more combination based vs. floor barre/strength/etc.? I want more of a cardio workout vs. strength/conditioning. Any ideas??? Thanks, everyone!
