Hi everyone, I have been away from the Leslie Boards for a while, but now, with the weather changing, and the days getting shorter, the DVDs are perfect. I still plan to continue my outside walking as well, and my goal for the month is 50 miles.

thanks! I have never tried jerky, but I am going to get some on the weekend. My husband bought me a cooler, and I got some ice packs for my lunches. I am going to try all of these suggestions. I have been really stressed lately, and I think that has added fuel to my hunger fire. These ideas will surely help. Thanks so much!

I finished day 5 last night, one set of 12 using 5 pound weights. I definitely overdid it by starting with the 6.6, so I am glad I changed to 5 pounds. That ball crunch was killer for me. My exercise ball came with a manual pump which was ridiculous. I finally pumped mine up using the electric pump from our air mattresses.…

I finished day 4 yesterday using 6.6 pounds at the beginner option, but on the way home, I purchased some 5 pound weights. I think I overdid it with the 6.6. I finished day 2 at the beginner level. I used 6.6 pound weights (3 kg). Those leg lift are killer, so I modified them by bending my knees. Arms are still tingling from yesterday. I would like to be in this challenge. I am 5'4" and weigh 267.2. I would like to lose 6 pounds this month (1.5 pounds a week). My loss has slowed and stalled in the past few weeks, so this challenge should be a motivating help to me. Thanks!
