Hello! Today is the 30 Day anniversary of my taking this life changing business seriously. I piddled around and lost around 7lbs just by cutting out some foods that I didn't want/need in my diet. But it wasn't enough, so I dedicated myself to tracking every day. I bought a HRM. I joined a new gym. I tried new group fitness classes. And I decided I wanted to lift weights.
I'm posting this as encouragement for myself. I looked at the photos and I was disappointed. I actually told my husband I was wasting my time and I wanted to just quit everything. But I realized that in time, those tiny changes and those pounds WILL add up into the body I let go and miss so much. And every victory deserves to be celebrated.
So here we go. Pardon the crappy sports bra in the first photo.

Wow - great determination. I can totally tell you've lost inches! The pounds may not be a lot, but that's because you are firming up soo much. I can totally see a nice change in your belly and thighs!0

Trying to fix the photos.
Tiny, but that's the best I could do. That's not easy!!!0 -
I definetely can see a difference! especially on your legs! Congratulations!0

Thanks y'all! I did notice my belly shrinking, and of course my breasts were the first to go (but no complaints there! Still for plenty to go around!) But I didn't notice any leg changes until they were pointed out...I zoomed in really close, and I think my thighs are getting smaller! Yay!0

Yes mam! Negative thoughts have gotten to me for too long, quietly sabatoged me for too long. It's time for a little positivity!
There's no way you've been doing insanity for 6 weeks without becoming stronger, faster, and hotter. I'm so inspired by some of the before/after photos. People who have lost 30, 50, 100, 200 pounds. Absolutely amazing. But some gains can't be seen in a mirror or a photo. Like confidence. Knowledge. Endurance. Self- control. Strength. All of those gains will lead to more changes in the mirror!
So cheers to everyone out there working hard, regardless of what the scale says!0
