Day 1 Level 2 completed yesterday, it's a nice change from Level 1 but I felt so unco-ordinated!! So glad no one was around to watch me haha! I am sure it burns more cals then Level 1, I sure felt like I was sweating more than Level 1!!

Day 10 level 1!! Ready to move on to Level 2 I measured today and am down 1.2 inches in my waist and 2.1 inches in my hips!! :)

Day 8 Level 1 done yesterday... only 2 days left until Level 2!! I find it is getting easier but it is still a tough workout. It seems to go by faster too, which I am not gonna complain about ha! Weight wise I have not seen much of a change (down 0.4) since started but I am noticing my clothes fitting better so curious how…

Day 6 Level 1 completed yesterday :) I took a rest day on Monday and was feeling guilty/worried it'd be harder if I took a day off but I think it helped! I did 8 full pushups and I did the whole 1st round of side lunges w/raises no breaks... I took a few breaks on the 2nd round but was pretty impressed with my bad self :)

Day 5 level 1 completed yesterday. It is getting easier, I actually did 6 pushups before going back to the ones on your knees (yep I'm tooting my own horn!!) I'm definitely not as sore but yesterday and today I feel it in the muscles between my thumb and fingers?!?! I'm guessing it's because I grip my weights so hard while…

I was doing the raises with 5lb weights but may need smaller just to get through the excercise! I am also going to measure after completing each level :) I sent you a friend request so we can keep each other motivated and you can listen to me whine about how sore I am

Level 1 Day 2 completed last night. I am definitely feeling it today! I did not know I had muscles under my armpits... :) I have a hard time with those side lunges with the raises, those thinsg are painful!!

Take a few mins each night and write out 5 things you accomplished that day. Even if you just got out of bed when you didn't want to, write that down. I'm in too! Will start tonight so will be behind most of you but I've been wanting to do this workout for awhile and now I have some motivation! :) I also tend to start and then stop after a few days so this should keep me checking in and acountable! Feel free to add me to your friends, I need some accountablity people!
