Thanks so much for the encouragement. I just recently have decided that I really want to weight train and lift. I have saggy belly skin and a little under my arms, cardio can only do so much.

I meant that when I track them it is always around 1200. I eat the same things, mostly organic foods. I have been 140-141 for couple months. I don't know about macros and how much you need to eat if you exercise certain amount of time.

From an online source is says: (I did put it as sedentary, although I do things as a stay at home mom, I don't get sweaty from any of the activities that I do) lol Your BMR is: 1570 CALORIES/DAY Your TDEE is: 1883 O.O I definitely don't want to intake 1570 a day, is eating 1300 a day going to make me gain weight?

Thanks all for the input. It is greatly appreciated. I have it set to 2lbs per week. I know plateaus are normal, I'm by no means going to quit. I love the way I feel without eating processed foods :) Even if I don't lose any weight any time soon, it at least has kept down my blood pressure.

I eat about 1200 a day or 1250. I don't skip meals though.

I have tried WW, diets, everything but I didn't lose weight because I didn't change my lifestyle. MFP has been the number one thing to motivate and keep me losing weight. :)

Yea, I know that it is only if you ate that amount. I never go over my calorie intake, so I was just wondering if it was a good estimate.

I eat a lot of scrambled eggs - plain with no salt or cheese added. It's really not that much compared to other things you can make for breakfast. It is high in cholesterol, however.

I guess I worded that wrong. Thats true, I don't have to eat it lol but I think there may be some types I would like now that it has been 15 years later since I tried it.

Thanks so much! I kind of thought starting off that 1200 was too little. It would be a too drastic of a change from what I had been eating. I put it at 1450 until I start exercising more. I think at 1600-1700 I would be very tempted to eat bigger portions than I should.

I changed it to 1400, although later I may change it back to 1200. Even though I am eating clean, the fruits and vegetables add up!
