If you're genetically predisposed to having a butt, you're going to keep it. Same with curves. I am less curvy and have a flatter butt the fatter I am.

Thank you so much for the replies, guys! I'm super tired (it's about 1.25am here) and falling asleep, so I'll read the replies properly and reply accordingly tomorrow. Thanks again and good night x

Labs are more numerous than pits? Eh....?
-
Thank you! I bet he is. I love Alsatians

Pit bulls were bred to fight bulls, then other dogs. They were never bred to be people aggressive. In fact, the opposite is true. The breeders would often be in the pit with fighting dogs. I suggest you read 'The Lost Dogs' and visit the canine research council. And, in fact, before their fighting history they were bred…

And this is what makes you responsible!
-
Ok.

When people say it's not the breed, it's the owner, they're not just talking about people who mistreat their dogs. They're also talking about people who don't train their dogs at all/well enough, or people who don't prevent dangerous situations. Doesn't always mean they're bad people, but their dog is their responsibility.…

I hear you, but so many other factors go into it.

That is a very, very, very good point. Just like a child, a dog with no discipline (and I don't mean violence, at all) can be aggressive and unpredictable.
-
I wouldn't either :( I thought they'd let him live too. The warden was proved to be lying when she said she was 'so terrified of Lennox', yet was pictured soon after letting him lick her face, the conditions he was kept in and the scars left on him, the fact that they let his littermate live and determined him not a…

And if she was mauled by two labs, it wouldn't be the breed would it, right? It would just be those individual dogs.
-
Yep, they did :'( absolutely disgusting that they did, they had no grounds to. There was so much wrong about Belfast council, and to be honest, I'd never go there after what they done. It still sickens me to this day. If it was my dog, I'd be so heartbroken and I'd never get over it.
-
Also, a great example of how love can really turn a dog around is the Micheal Vick case. Those poor dogs were abused and forced to fight for most of their lives, yet most of them displayed more fearful and submissive behaviour than aggressive behaviour. Out of about 50 dogs, they only had to put ONE down because she was…

:) I used to be an animal advocate (still am, but not really active anymore). It's something very close to my heart. It's heartbreaking, though :(

I wanna see your Boscoe!

Yes. We've had our dog for about 6 years, and our rabbit for about 4, and our cats. He has never attacked any of them, even they have attacked him. I can rough play with him myself and he'll get excited but he calms down as soon as I tell him to. He doesn't get beaten, he's neutured he lives inside with us, sleeps in our…

Hey, take a look at my killer dog. I suggest you visit http://nationalcanineresearchcouncil.com/

Dear God, her body is gorgeous. (I don't like it on season, though) You make a very good point. I like muscle on women, I think what I don't like it muscle and low body fat.
-
I like this: Don't like this: And definitely don't like this: But that's just me! Everyone has different preferences, I just personally, don't like defined muscles on women. But I think a soft, yet 'toned' looking body of a woman who strength trains is gorgeous. The bottom line is, though, I think women strength training…

Thank you! What does umami taste like? I will have to try the nutritional yeast then. I'm squeamish about it but I like nuts, and I like cheese so I'll give it a try! I need to get down to the health food shop. LMAO at your three year old! I will def not do too much cardio. I'm not a fan of it, personally. Lifting…

Yeah, I've upped it now! Almost hit it today, got about 66g in. Will defo try and hit it tomorrow. In terms of BF, I will take my measurements tomorrow and use the calculator. I know it's not that accurate, but I can't afford BF testing and I don't want to buy calipers. Thank you for your comments!
-
I use a heart rate monitor :) Also, as I am at a deficit, I'm going to burn calories, hence why I don't focus too much on my cardio. I use it mainly for cardiovascular health. Thank you for your comments!

I'll come back to this after work.

Thank you! According to Fat2Fitradio, I should eat 2000 calories a day. I think I will do the second option you gave when I feel confident enough to do it. What does tempeh and nutritional yeast taste like?
-
I had a fun time reading it, and have learnt some things, but it still doesn't quite answer my questions. Thanks though.
-
Thank you so much for your reply. When I was eating over before, it was really bad. I was barely logging, but I think it was about 2500-3000 calories most days. I piled on those 17.5lbs fairly quickly. For TDEE, I chose light exercise (1-3 times a week), just to be sure. I got an answer of 2215, minus 20% which is 1772.…

I had a protein flapjack today after my cardio because I hadn't eaten and needed energy. Tons of sugar and carbs, but it allowed me enough energy to finish my weight lifting routine and supplied about half of my daily protein. I agree that they're not the best daily foods, and they're full of crap, but they have their use…

Me or msmanson82? As for you, your profile picture. Girls who exercise are hot. Even though I don't *runs and hides*

Although we do have a different attitude to tipping in England, waitresses still don't get paid enough. Here, also, tips count as your wage. Which is messed up when people don't really tip here that much and you have to share with a whole team. When I was a waitress, I was always polite, friendly and went above and beyond…
