That pastor is a bloody idiot. And I don't think the waitress should have been fired but she should have realised that you can't do stuff like that. I never put anything online when I work for a company. After, fair game, though I am still cautious, but not while you work there.

(A bit bloated because I ate dinner not too long ago) Still in progress. I have pictures from before my 10lb gain setback where my belly was flatter, but these are the most up to date, just taken now.

Yep. 34.8lbs lost without exercise. Was 42lbs lost but regained 10lbs because I overate. No excessively low calories either - 1600 calories. Never been lower than 1500 cals. It can be done. Exercise is for fitness, building muscle and burning excess calories you haven't accounted for with food. It's not necessary for…
