    Some of my sons french fries. I have a stomach ache now. Blech. It's amazing what you feel like when you eat unhealthy after eating healthy for a long period of time. I won't be doing that again!:laugh:

    last night before bed I had a sudden rush of hunger.
    I ate:
    Sweet relish out of the jar
    Beef stew
    Cheese puffs
    Jalapeno chips w/ French onion dip
    Brownies.

    I immediatley regretted it.

    Ate 3 packs of ramen the other night, but only logged two because I was ashamed and I was already at 3000 calories for the day. It wouldn't be so bad if ramen had ANY sort of nutritional value. That's my binge food.... I'm working on it
