Oatmeal has 45%, on days I eat oatmeal, I always go over my iron because I have two 29g packages. That's the only tip I have.

Do you have your fitbit set up to automatically update in MFP, don't ask me how or even if you can do that, don't have a clue, but maybe that's what's happening.

Maybe try yoga from a chair. Search wheelchair yoga or desk yoga on youtube for while you're recovering so that you're still moving. a 1200 deficit is a lot. I've been the exact same weight for 2 weeks, scale will not budge, only thing I can think of for myself is to cut out snacks if you eat any.

I'm 225 right now, my goal is to lose 100. But that is a big goal so... first to get to 200, then to onederland, than 160 (PRE-MEDICATION WEIGHT) I've never been 125 at least not since 8th grade so I dunno but we'll see.

4th time here, been here about 3 weeks... 3 pounds lost. My ultimate is 100 pounds of weight loss from this point. Lost 30 pounds last time around so I know I can do this, I never let myself get above 235 so that's an accomplishment. I'm 225 right now.

I have but only 20 lbs which I then gained back. I'm in a wheelchair from an accident so I can't do very much exercise. Pretend you are making a single serving. I would say if you're not eating anything else with it a cup is fine, if you are half of that.

you didn't have 10,000mg of sodium, lol but drink lots of water and yeah the sodium and water will cause gain, so... unless you like to see that stuff stay off the scale

I lost 3 pounds in two weeks and then maintained, I have about 100 pounds to lose to get to my ultimate goal weight. Weight loss is not linear. 7 pounds is fantastic.

If you breathe through your nose it filters the air that you're breathing. In this time of covid, I would take his advice. For health, not necessarily for fat loss.

I have a stationary bike that says I burn 20 calories in a half hour. That's obviously wrong so I ignore it. Ignore your fitbit. I bike 4km.
